Our History
Established in 1993, K.K. Spinners Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Panipat, India, embarked on its journey with a modest setup of 600 rotors for the production of open-end yarns, achieving a monthly volume of 180 MT. Despite entering a highly competitive market with established players, the company rose to the challenge with a customer-centric approach and a steadfast commitment to delivering the highest quality products
Today, K.K. Spinners Pvt Ltd stands as one of the foremost names in high-performance knitting and weaving yarns. Exporting over a thousand containers annually to destinations worldwide, the company has earned a reputation for excellence.
In line with its commitment to innovation and sustainability, K.K. Spinners Pvt Ltd has embraced the circularity movement by installing a state-of-the-art, 100% automatic plant with 3600 rotors of open-end spinning, based on Turkish concept. This strategic move underscores the company’s dedication to remaining at the forefront of the industry while maintaining its focus on quality and sustainability.

At Maatrishakti, we spin sustainability into every strand of our yarn. Founded in 2024, our mission is to revolutionize the textile industry by producing high-quality yarns made in custom blends. Currently we are producing a blend of 60% pre-consumer cotton and 40% post-consumer polyester. Our unique blend not only reduces waste but also conserves natural resources, making a positive impact on the planet.

80% of our employment is women. We train and support women from rural areas, have workshops and health camps for them. Every woman is referred to as mata or maatri in our team, giving them the utmost care and respect.
